The K-60, is our newest and most powerful lifter, TUV certified according to EN 17206-2:2023 regulations.
Weighing only 259kg (571lb) it is capable of lifting 500kg (1102lb) to a height of 7.2m (23.6ft) in dynamic mode and a massive 1000kg (2204lb) if used in structural mode. Structural mode is when the lifter is cranked up to the desired height without anything except a manual/electric hoist attached to the forks and then the load is elevated by the hoist.
The K-57 is comprised of five premium grade 6082-T6 epoxy, powder coated, black aluminium profile sections and operated via a manual AL-KO winch with galvanized steel cable and customized bearing fitted pullies. Each section is fitted with ‘KAT’ Kuzar Automatic Triggers for greater security, automatically blocking the lifter whilst elevating and removing the need for the weight to rely on the cable. There is also a pendulum located in each section too which blocks the tower in case of a sudden fall.
Two special, telescopic, lateral braces are included which once fitted add exceptional stability and strength to the lifter. The braces offer two different positionings with the SWL varying according to the position (see datasheet) allowing the user to get closer to the main body of the lift if needed. The lifts comes complete with one AGR-1 and four TA-2 per unit, fixed to the body so that the user has all the accessories necessary for lifting both line array/and or trussing.
The rugged steel base is mounted on four 360º swivel castors and with a central steering wheel included to be able to push the lift easily. The base includes 4 brackets ready for fitting a dedicated accessory for lifting the K-60 with a pallet truck. Two 75cm, 180º rotatable steel loading arms are included to carry the load in two positions depending on the application and are attached to the reinforced steel lifting carriage. All clips and pins are fixed to the lift with a high-grade nylon covered, steel lanyard.
